1. Handgun Carry Permit:   This is the state of Tennessee certified course to obtain a Handgun Carry Permit for you, and your family’s protection.  This course is designed for new shooters and old pros so no matter what your skill level you are sure to learn you need to know to safely carry a handgun in Tennessee.  The class is one day lasting 8 hours. Beginning at 8:45am thru 5:30pm, with breaks and lunch scheduled in accordingly.  We offer it every Wednesday and every Saturday, the cost is $100.00.  That includes your ammo (gun, if needed), printed material, target, and range.  There are no additional fees for the class, $100.00 payable in cash (we still accept it), check, or credit/debit card.
   
2. Unarmed Guard:   This is the basic class for people wanting to become Security Officers in Tennessee.  It is regulated by the TN. Department of Commerce and Insurance and is certified by them for Security Officer training.  The course is offered on Sundays starting at 8:45am and ending at 1:00pm.  The cost is $60.00 due the day of class unless other arrangements have been made through specific security companies.  Please call for dates, this class is usually held every other weekend.
   
3. Armed Security:   This class is for people wanting to become armed Security Officers in Tennessee.  This is a two day class  offered on Saturday and Sunday both days start at 8:45am and end at 5:30pm.  The cost for the class is $170.00.  That includes 100 rounds of ammo, targets, printed material, range, application notary, and fingerprints.  If you want to obtain your Handgun Carry Permit at the same time, the total cost will be $200.00. Please call for dates, this class is usually held every other weekend.
   
4. Armed Guard Renewal:   This course is for Armed Security Officers who need to renew their armed license.  This is a one day class offered every Saturday from 12:45pm thru 5:30 pm.  The cost of the class is $70.00.  This includes ammo, range, target, and printed material.
   
5. Chemical Spray-OC/CS:   This class is for Military, Law Enforcement, and Security Officers who want the certification to carry any OC, CS type defensive spray.  It is the OCAT basic course, certified by Personal Protection Consultants, Inc.  OCAT is a state and nationally certified course for defensive spray and is recognized by the TN. Department of Commerce and Insurance. The course is offered every other month and usually in conjunction with a baton class.  The cost is $40.00, if you take the baton class with it, the cost for both will be $75.00. 6. Basic Baton:   This class is for Military, Law Enforcement, and Security Officers wanting the certification to carry any collapsible/expandable or rigid baton.  This class is certified through Monadnock Police Training Counsel. This is a state and nationally certified course and is recognized by the TN Department of Commerce and Insurance for Security Officer use.  The course is offered every other month and is usually in conjunction with an OC/CS class. The cost of the class is $40.00, if you take the OC/CS class with it; the cost for both is $75.00.  Please call for class dates and to sign up for class.
   
7. Defensive Tactics:   This course is for Military, Law Enforcement, and Security Officers wanting to learn the basic skills for self defense and control and escort procedures.  The course is certified through the Monadnock Police Training Counsel.  This is a one day course offered two to four times per year.  The class is eight hours beginning at 8:30am and ending around 5:00pm. Special classes are available; please call to set up times.
